The PSBA is a non-profit organization based near Raystown Lake. The goals of this organization are to promote conservation, help preserve the Striped Bass fishery in Raystown Lake, encourage stewardship of the natural beauty of the lake, and to offer educational opportunities for those interested in the outdoors.
